In order to help with the submission process please read through the following checklist.
- Have you read and followed the instructions for authors?
- Is the main document saved as a Word 97-2003 .doc file?
- Have you provided the following:
- Cover letter (.doc file)
- Five Keywords
- Suggested preferred and non-preferred reviewers
(Institution, email and phone number required).
- Supplied figure images as individual files (60KB maximum size).
